About the Opportunity
Our client has created a ground-breaking mobile platform that allows charitable organizations to manage their volunteer needs while providing interested volunteers the ability to make themselves available. As Development Executive, Charities, you will be responsible for direct outside sales to drive adoption and engagement among charities who will benefit from the platform.
We are launching in Cincinnati and are looking for the unique person that is energized by the challenges and opportunities of a new venture. The mobile platform is founded, funded and developed by our client who are Cincinnati natives with a 30 year history of business, education and philanthropic work in the greater Cincinnati region. This is an opportunity to become involved in the ground floor of an exciting, well-researched opportunity.

You will be responsible for meeting monthly sales quota objectives by acquiring the accounts of charity organizations. This is an outside sales position requiring cold calling to create relationships, build an understanding of your territory, develop a pipeline and create referral sales.
Skills and Competencies
Three years of outside sales experience with proven metrics. College degree is preferred. Prior work with charitable organizations is preferred. Qualified candidates can possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Our most successful people are eager to learn, want to win, want to make a difference for charities and enjoy the freedom of outside sales that is earned with achievement. A valid Driver’s License (not suspended or expired) and reliable transportation is required. A strong work ethic and the highest level of integrity are absolute requirements.
- A competitive base salary from your first day of employment. You will participate in a lucrative commission plan. Realistic total targeted compensation in your first year is $50,000.
